Hofors Frontyard

The Hofors Frontyard 2026 is an exhilarating race that challenges runners to push their limits over three consecutive kilometers, each with its own time constraints. The first lap offers participants a leisurely start of around 30 minutes, gradually tightening the clock on subsequent laps to just under 29 and then 28 minutes respectively. This format requires competitors to maintain increasingly faster paces: starting at approximately 10-minute mile pace for the initial round before ramping up to 9:40 and finally 9:20 per kilometer.
The race takes place in a vibrant setting near Aktiverafabriken on Armégatan 5, where ample parking is available. Racers will find basic facilities including portable toilets, though there are no changing rooms or showers onsite. The course itself offers a mix of approximately 85% asphalt and 15% gravel paths through the picturesque surroundings.
Throughout the event, runners can enjoy refreshments like coffee and snacks at various checkpoints along the route.
