Join us for the Inaugural Hill for Gill Challenge, a community running event benefiting the Jude Gill Memorial Fund! Bring your friends, family, running partners, and community together for a morning of fitness, friendly competition, and a meaningful cause as we honor Jude’s memory and celebrate the impact one community can make when it comes together.
And don’t let the name fool you — this is a FLAT AND FAST 5K course! Whether you're chasing a personal record, running your first race, or simply looking for a great morning with an even greater purpose, the Hill for Gill Challenge has something for everyone.
Looking for a great course to test your speed, chase a PR, or enjoy a competitive morning with friends? Our flat and fast 5K is the perfect opportunity for runners of all experience levels. Come ready to run, have fun, and make a difference!
Looking for a longer distance? Take on our 10K! It's a fantastic opportunity to build endurance, test your fitness, and prepare for the Broad Street Run in Philadelphia this May! Whether you're using this as a training race or racing for a new personal best, the 10K is a great way to get your spring running season moving. (featuring two laps of the same 5K course)
After crossing the finish line, take on the optional Hill for Gill Challenge! Complete our special tribute challenge and celebrate the spirit of determination, strength, and community that makes this event so meaningful. Participants who complete the Hill Challenge will receive an additional special prize to recognize their effort!
The Hill for Gill Challenge will be offering::
- Kids Race(s)
- 1 Mile Family Fun Run/Walk.
- VIRTUAL 5K and 10K Options!
Be a person who makes the world a better place!
Be a person who makes everyone feel special!
Every participant, volunteer, sponsor, and supporter helps make this event possible. Whether you're racing for a personal best, training for your next big event, enjoying a run with friends, or showing up to support a meaningful cause, you are part of something bigger than the finish line.
Come run with us. Bring your energy. Celebrate community. Help us make the inaugural Hill for Gill Challenge an unforgettable event!
Run for a Reason. Race for a Cause. Remember Jude.
We can't wait to see you at the starting line! 💚💙
