HiddenPeak Running Aberdeen Group Training - Prime Time Running (Prime 4)

Join Hidden Peak Running at Kingswells Village Hotel for an evening filled with endurance-building and speed-enhancing intervals on November 10, 2026. The session begins promptly at 6pm, offering ample parking nearby or you can use the Park & Ride car park to avoid congestion.
The event kicks off with a warm-up jog followed by running drills designed to prepare your body for the main set and reinforce proper technique. Participants will start with a 5-minute tempo effort aimed at finding a strong pace before diving into the core workout: eight intervals of 90 seconds on, 90 seconds off. This structured format allows runners to push themselves while benefiting from group support during recovery periods.
The session concludes with four fast bursts lasting just 20 seconds each, interspersed by 60-second recoveries. These short sprints focus on quick leg turnover and strong form, ensuring you end the evening feeling confident and energized. The workout wraps up with a cool-down jog and stretching routine to aid recovery.
This session is perfect for those looking to improve fitness, develop speed, or enjoy training in a supportive group environment. Come ready to push your limits, encourage others, and experience an engaging night of running at Prime Four Business Park. Cost: £6 per person; sign up through EntryCentral with no refunds except in case of cancellation by the organizers.
