HF Run 4 Kids 5K

On Sunday, November 16, 2026, the Hudson Falls community will come together for the fifth annual Operation Santa 5K and Tony Luciano Run. This year's race is organized by the Hudson Falls Teachers’ Association and the HF Rotary Club to raise funds for two important causes: Operation Santa and the HF Rotary Club Scholarship Fund.
Participants can register online or in person at the Franklin Street entrance of Hudson Falls CSD High School starting from 8:30 AM until 9:30 AM on race day. Early bird registration, which ends on October 30, costs $25 for adults and $15 for youth under 18 years old. Race-day registrations are available at a slightly higher fee of $30.
Race packets will be distributed to the first 175 participants who complete their pre-registration forms by the deadline date or online registration before November 12, ensuring they receive an official race shirt as part of their entry package. On-site race day registration requires completed forms and checks payable to the Hudson Falls Rotary Club.
The event offers a competitive element with trophies awarded to the top three male and female overall finishers, along with awards for each age group category listed on the race website. Split times will be recorded at miles 1 and 2 during the run, providing participants with an insight into their performance throughout the course.
Water stations are strategically placed at the start line as well as near mile marks one and two to ensure runners stay hydrated along the route. Refreshments await all finishers after crossing the final checkpoint in Hudson Falls CSD High School’s Franklin Street entrance area.
This event is not only a chance for individuals to challenge themselves physically but also an opportunity to contribute positively towards community initiatives through fundraising efforts or direct participation. For those interested in supporting without running, visit the official Fundraising Page on their website. This race is part of the Adirondack Runner Grand Prix series, offering runners additional recognition within this prestigious circuit.
Join us for a day filled with camaraderie and support as we run towards making a difference in our community.
Hudson Falls Teachers’ Association and HF Rotary Club invite you to be a part of something meaningful on November 16th.
