Op 21 maart is Sportcentrum Valkenhuizen in Arnhem het decor voor de HexaFit HIIT Series.

HexaFit staat voor maximale variatie tijdens iedere race: geen enkele oefening komt twee keer voor, waardoor iedere station een volledig nieuwe uitdaging biedt.

Iedere station is volledig datagedreven. Afhankelijk van het station wordt je prestatie gemeten in reps, afstand of calorieën. Bij oefeningen waarbij het aantal reps wordt geteld, registreert een sensor automatisch iedere rep. Zo blijft de scoring objectief en transparant.

De tijd per station staat vast en je score wordt uitsluitend bepaald door het aantal reps dat je binnen die tijd behaalt. Meer reps betekent een hogere score.
