The annual Running Festival is set to take place on November 22, 2026, offering runners of all ages and abilities an exciting day filled with various distances designed for everyone from young racers to seasoned athletes. The event kicks off at 10:30 AM with the senior and masters division taking on a challenging 10 km course. This race is perfect for those looking to push their limits or maintain fitness goals in an engaging environment surrounded by fellow runners of similar experience levels.
For younger participants, there are several shorter races throughout the day that cater specifically to different age groups. At 11:50 AM and 12:05 PM, children aged U9 through U12 can participate in a fun-filled 1 km race each. These events provide an opportunity for young runners to experience competitive racing while enjoying the support of family and friends.
As the day progresses, more races are scheduled with varying distances that cater to different age brackets. At 12:20 PM, teenagers aged U14 through U16 can compete in a slightly longer distance race covering 1.5 km, offering them a chance to test their endurance and speed against peers.
To conclude the day’s racing activities, at 12:45 PM there is a 5 km event open to both younger athletes (U20) as well as senior competitors who wish for an earlier finish time than the morning's longer race.
