Halloween Run

Halloween Run invites runners of all abilities to Northampton for an unforgettable 6-hour endurance challenge. Held on October 31, 2026, this spooky-themed race offers the flexibility to run or walk your way through laps that range from a single 5k up to ultra marathon distances.
The course features lap lengths of approximately 4.37 miles (7km), with designated turn points for 5k and 10k marks. Participants can aim for half-marathon, full marathon, or even go beyond by completing multiple laps within the time limit. The event organizers reserve the right to make necessary adjustments based on a health and safety review conducted closer to race day.
Registration opens at 8:30am with the start of the run scheduled for 9:00am sharp. Runners can expect an aid table positioned at each lap end, offering water, squash, fizzy drinks, and various snacks throughout their journey around the public footpath course.
Upon crossing the finish line, every participant will receive a Halloween-themed medal along with a goody bag filled with five items to commemorate your achievement.
Toilets are available on-site for runners' convenience, but there are no changing facilities or showers provided at the venue. Parking is ample and located nearby; carpooling is encouraged whenever possible.
Event instructions will be emailed out seven days before race day, while number pick-up can take place during registration in the morning of event day. A designated area to leave personal belongings is available but not secured, so please avoid leaving valuable items unattended.
This run adheres strictly to TRA licensing and UK Athletics rules. Specific distance limits are set for different age groups: 12-13 years (5k), 14-15 years (6k), 16+ up to a maximum of 45km for ages 18-19, with no upper limit for runners aged 20 and over.
