About the event
We're back on the bayou for the 37th annual New Orleans Greek Festival Run & Walk! Start your Memorial Day weekend off right by joining us on Saturday morning, May 29th, 2027, at the Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Cathedral for a fun and healthy way to celebrate the rich culture and heritage of Greece.
You can choose from a 5K or a 1-mile course, both starting and finishing at the one and only NOLA Greek Fest. After the run/walk, your race bib gets you early access into the festival with two (2) free admissions ($20 value), free beer while supplies last, and delicious Greek food, music, and dancing. Don't miss this opportunity to experience the best of both worlds: fitness and festivity!
Late registration will be available on Race Day but will close 30 minutes prior to 5K start time. Get details on late registration HERE.

- 7:00 am - Race Day Packet Pickup & Late Registration
- 8:00 am - Late Registration Ends
- 8:00 am - 1-Mile Kids Run/Walk
- 8:30 am - 5K Run/Walk
- 9:30 am - New Orleans Greek Festival Opens!
- 10:00 am - Award Ceremony (subject to change)
The Greek Fest Run & Walk is open to all runners and walkers of all speeds, New Orleans Track Club members and nonmembers alike.
