Chase a personal best on one of the UK's flattest and most scenic coastal routes at the Great Welsh Marathon Events on Sunday, 8th March 2026. Hosted within the magnificent Pembrey Country Park in Carmarthenshire, this multi-distance race offers a World Marathon Majors qualifying course with minimal elevation, perfect for first-timers and PB hunters alike. The stunning route unfolds along the award-winning Millennium Coastal Path, providing breathtaking views of the coastline as you run through woodlands, past a championship golf course, and through coastal villages. With UKA and AIMS certification, excellent on-site facilities including camping, and comprehensive hydration support, it’s a supremely well-organized spring spectacle. Choose your challenge from the marathon, half marathon, or 10k, and experience a uniquely fast and friendly running event in the heart of Welsh natural beauty. General entries for 2026 are now open.
