Goblin Run

Halloween comes alive with movement at the Goblin Run 5K and Kids Fun Run, an annual family affair set against the backdrop of downtown Bentonville. This spirited event invites runners from all walks of life to transform into goblins, superheroes, or any spooky character they fancy as they navigate a scenic course through the heart of town.
The race kicks off early on Saturday morning with the 5K run at 7:30am, providing participants an opportunity to enjoy crisp autumn air and vibrant foliage while showcasing their creative costumes. Immediately following, around 8:30am, little goblins have their chance to shine in a fun-filled Kids Fun Run.
Post-race revelry includes a costume contest that promises to be the highlight of the day. Participants can show off their imaginative outfits for a chance at winning prizes in both adult and children's categories. The festive atmosphere is contagious as runners gather to celebrate with friends, family, and fellow enthusiasts.
Registration fees are $35 if completed by September 28th, ensuring participants receive their commemorative race shirt. Late registrants can pick up packets on the day of the event for a slightly higher fee of $45 but will still be eligible for all prizes and awards.
While dogs are not permitted to join in the fun due to safety considerations, this is an inclusive event that welcomes runners of every age and skill level. The Goblin Run 5K offers more than just exercise; it's a celebration of creativity, community spirit, and Halloween cheer.
All participants will receive a race shirt and finisher medal upon completion. Prizes are awarded for the best costumes in both adult and children’s categories – but remember, you must be present to win!
