About the Event

The Sewerby to Bridlington Coastal Run invites runners to explore the picturesque coastline between two charming East Yorkshire towns. Starting near the cliffs behind The Ship Inn in Sewerby, this out-and-back route winds along scenic coastal paths and the paved promenade through Bridlington before returning to its starting point.
Participants can enjoy uninterrupted sea views as they make their way along a generally flat course that is easy on the legs while offering stunning ocean vistas at every turn. The trail is well-marked with clear signage, ensuring runners stay on track without any navigational challenges.
Race organizers provide feed and drink stations throughout the route to keep participants hydrated and energized. Runners are encouraged to bring their own reusable cups or bottles in line with environmental best practices.
