Los que organizamos Eurafrica desde el principio somos algecireños, y nos hace especial ilusión poder contar el patrimonio natural que nuestra ciudad y entorno de origen, puede ofrecer al corredor por montaña.
Con los canutos (pequeños arroyos mediterráneos de los Alcornocales), los helechales, y las vistas imponentes del Estrecho como protagonistas, os espera una media maratón preciosa en las montañas de Algeciras, enlazando senderos ya históricos en Eurafrica, sin el paso obligado por pistas al principio y al final de la etapa. Así, esta rápida y “eléctrica” etapa transcurre por lugares familiares como el Río de la Miel, Puerto de la Higuera, Cortafuegos del Pico Vacas ó sendero de Manzanete, en un guiño a nuestra salida de la Colada de la Costa en nuestro primer año, allá por 2015.
