Improve Your Swimming Skills with Manchester Aquatics Centre's Endurance Swim Sessions
On Saturdays, October 17 and November 7 through December 19 (excluding January), from 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM, swimmers of all levels are invited to enhance their technique at the Manchester Aquatics Centre. This venue offers a state-of-the-art 50m basement training pool where experienced swim coaches guide participants through rigorous and enjoyable endurance swims.
Each session is designed to challenge your limits while providing valuable feedback on stroke mechanics, offering specific drills tailored to individual needs, and sharing sample workouts that can be incorporated into regular training routines. These sessions are not just about pushing yourself; they aim to make swimming both an educational and fun experience.
The Manchester Aquatics Centre in Ardwick welcomes swimmers looking for a structured environment to refine their skills. With limited spots available, it's important to register early to secure your place. Consistent attendance is encouraged but not mandatory—though regular participation can significantly boost improvement.
