Endurance Swim Session (50m)

Swim into fitness and challenge yourself with Manchester Aquatics Centre's Endurance Swim Sessions. Held every other Saturday from October through December, these sessions offer dedicated swimmers an opportunity to push their limits and refine their technique in the facility’s impressive 50m training pool.
Scheduled for Saturdays at 4:00 PM until 5:30 PM, each session is led by experienced coaches who provide valuable feedback on your stroke efficiency. Participants can expect personalized drills designed specifically to help them improve, along with sample swim sessions that enhance overall performance and endurance in the water.
The Manchester Aquatics Centre, located at 2 Booth Street East in Ardwick, offers a state-of-the-art facility where swimmers of all levels—except for beginners—are welcome to attend. These sessions are not only challenging but also enjoyable, ensuring an enriching experience every time you dive into the pool.
While consistency is key and attending multiple sessions can lead to significant improvements, there's no requirement to participate in every event. However, spaces will be limited due to high demand, so it’s advisable to book your spot early to secure a place at these valuable training events.
