Endurance Swim Session (50m)

Fortnightly Endurance Swim Sessions at Manchester Aquatics Centre offer an excellent opportunity to enhance your swimming skills and endurance. Held on Saturdays from October 17th through December 19th, each session runs from 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM in the impressive 50-meter basement training pool.
Guided by experienced and qualified swim coaches, these sessions are designed to challenge swimmers while providing valuable feedback and improvement techniques. Participants can expect stroke analysis, specific drills for skill enhancement, and sample swim sessions that will help elevate their overall performance.
The Manchester Aquatics Centre provides a supportive environment where swimmers of all levels—except novices—are welcome to join. Each session promises an engaging blend of training and camaraderie, ensuring both fun and progress in your swimming journey.
Spaces are limited for each event, so early registration is recommended. Please note that once booked, there will be no transfers or refunds available.
