About the Event

Join us this October 17, 2026, at Valdez-Perry Library (4690 Vine St, Denver, CO) for an empowering discussion inspired by Dr. Bruce D. Perry and Oprah Winfrey’s groundbreaking work on trauma and resilience. This session delves into the question "What Happened to You?" rather than focusing on deficits or limitations, encouraging participants to explore how their life experiences have shaped them.
The conversation will take place from 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM in a welcoming atmosphere that fosters honest reflection and connection. Attendees are invited to bring snacks and beverages for an informal yet insightful afternoon of dialogue and community building. This event is designed to create a safe space where men can openly discuss their personal journeys, share insights, and support one another.
Please register if you plan to attend and cancel your registration if you cannot make it so that others on the waitlist may participate. Come ready for an engaging exploration into how our past experiences influence who we are today.
