Participants can choose a category that suits their fitness level: Beginner (3 km × 60 days), Intermediate (3 km × 80 days), or Advanced (3 km × 100 days). Each run is completed at your convenience, whether it's in the comfort of an indoor space or out under the crisp winter sky. All runs are recorded and submitted through the EGSN app or website during the challenge period.
Upon successful completion, all participants receive a digital certificate as recognition for their dedication. Those who opt to purchase the exclusive finisher medal will also take home this tangible reminder of their achievement.
