Efterårsdag i Kompedal 2026

Immerse yourself in the serene beauty of Kompedal Plantage on November 7, 2026 for Efterårsdag i Kompedal Plantage. Organized by Thorning Skovløber Laug, this event offers runners two marked routes through lush forests and open heaths: a shorter route at approximately 7 kilometers and a longer one spanning around 12 to 13 kilometers. Both courses wind along forest trails, meadows, and short stretches of gravel road.
The race opens from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, allowing participants the flexibility to run as much or as little as they wish within that window. No water stations are provided on course; runners should bring their own hydration supplies. As you make your way through Kompedal Plantage's picturesque landscape, enjoy the tranquility and solitude of nature.
Upon finishing your chosen route by 1:00 PM at the latest, warm up with a cup of hot cocoa awaiting all finishers near the event hub where runners can socialize under the autumn foliage. The entry fee of just 60 krone includes access to both marked routes, post-run refreshments, and an unforgettable outdoor experience.
With space for only 150 participants, pre-registration is essential through the provided link. Should you need to transfer your spot due to unforeseen circumstances or other commitments, this can be arranged via instructions in the confirmation email received after signing up. Be sure to check-in before starting and out upon completion of your run.
Efterårsdag i Kompedal Plantage promises a day rich with natural beauty, camaraderie among fellow runners, and an opportunity to explore one of Denmark's most charming woodland settings at your own pace.
Enjoy the stunning fall scenery as you lace up for this unique outdoor adventure.
