About the Event

On September 27, 2026, the local sports community will come together for an exciting day of racing at the annual duathlon events. The races are designed to cater to athletes of all ages and skill levels, offering a variety of distances that challenge participants while providing an enjoyable experience.
The event kicks off with the Duathlon S category starting at 9:00 AM. This race is open to individuals aged 16 and older, featuring a challenging course that includes a running segment of 5 kilometers followed by a bike ride covering 20 kilometers before concluding with another run of 2.5 kilometers.
For younger athletes, the Duathlon XS event takes place at noon for competitors aged 12 and up. This race consists of shorter distances: a 2.5-kilometer running leg, then a 10-kilometer bike ride, followed by a final run of 1.25 kilometers.
The day also includes races specifically tailored to the youngest participants. Starting at noon is the Mini-poussins/Poussins race for children aged between 6 and 9 years old. This event features an introductory course with running segments totaling half a kilometer (0.25 km each) separated by a short but fun bike ride of one kilometer.
Following closely behind, at 12:30 PM, is the Duathlon Pupilles race for athletes aged between 10 and 11 years old. This category includes slightly longer distances with two running legs totaling half a kilometer each (0.5 km), interspersed by a bike ride of two kilometers.
Rounding out the day's events is the Duathlon Benjamins, designed for young competitors aged 12 to 13 years old and starting at 1:00 PM. This race comprises running segments totaling one kilometer (0.75 km each) with an intermediate bike ride of five kilometers.
Each event promises a mix of scenic routes through the community, providing participants and spectators alike with opportunities to enjoy the local landscape while celebrating athletic achievement in a supportive environment.
