Competitors must secure an AASA General Speed license or day pass to take part in this thrilling race. The action kicks off with competitor check-in starting from 3:30 PM, giving racers ample time to arrive and prepare for the evening's events.
Scrutineering takes place between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM, ensuring all vehicles meet safety standards before hitting the track. Spectators can enter at 5:00 PM, allowing them to witness the excitement from early on in the day’s proceedings.
A crucial briefing for officials is scheduled from 5:45 PM to 6:00 PM, followed by a driver's meeting from 6:00 PM to 6:15 PM. The track opens up at 6:30 PM with cars lining up four-wide, setting the stage for an evening filled with high-octane racing.
The first official break happens between 7:00 PM and 7:15 PM, followed by a two-car format from 7:15 PM to 8:00 PM. Another brief pause is taken at 8:00 PM until 8:30 PM as the race organizers prepare for an intense session of no-prep races, dig races, grudge matches, and pink slip battles that run from 8:30 PM to 9:30 PM.
As night falls, eliminations and finals take place between 9:45 PM and 10:15 PM. The evening concludes with prize money presentations at 10:15 PM until 10:30 PM, rewarding the top performers of the day. Competitors have from 10:30 PM to 11:30 PM to clear out before the track officially closes.
For those interested in participating, roll race entry is $65 if purchased online or $100 at the gate. Passengers are charged a flat rate of $20 upon arrival and spectators can enter for just $10 per person. Additionally, pit bay access costs $50 with limited availability up to 25 spots.
