About the Event

Immerse yourself in the unique cultural landscape of southern Brazil at the Discover Trail Witmarsum stage on February 8, 2026. This 11th edition event takes place in the historic German-Brazilian colony of Witmarsum, offering a choice of three challenging distances—22km, 15km, and 8km—through the scenic trails and rolling hills of Paraná. Feel the distinctive atmosphere of a race set amidst traditional architecture and lush farmland, located just an hour from Curitiba, providing a perfect escape into nature for urban runners.

Experience a professionally organized trail run that emphasizes self-sufficiency, requiring participants to bring their own hydration system for re-fills at the eco-conscious aid stations. The event is part of a popular four-race series in the Greater Curitiba region, attracting a dedicated community of trail enthusiasts seeking points and progression throughout the year. With a clear time limit, chip timing, and a finisher's medal for all, the race balances a serious athletic challenge with the vibrant, welcoming spirit of Brazilian trail running. Secure your spot in the promotional launch period to guarantee your entry for a memorable journey through one of Paraná's most charming and historic rural settings.
