On May 30, 2027, runners will gather for the iconic Die Col de Rousset race, one of France's oldest mountain running events and a venue for world championships. Participants can choose between an individual 21 km run with 895 meters of elevation gain or a duo event combining a 21 km run followed by cycling.
The course begins at Die at 08:30 AM, leading runners through the picturesque Col de Rousset, known for its numerous hairpin turns that challenge leg muscles while offering stunning vistas. Cyclists join in after the first five kilometers near Chamaloc, where they await their running partners before continuing on a free-choice route.
The race promises an immersive experience with breathtaking scenery and a historic setting steeped in mountain sports tradition. After crossing the finish line, participants will be transported back to Die by bus for a ceremony starting at 12:30 PM, celebrating the day's achievements with medals awarded to all competitors.
