Deadly Dozen Pakuranga Youth

Embark on the grueling DEADLY DOZEN Fitness Challenge, an intense blend of track and gym-based events designed to test your physical limits. The centerpiece is Deadly Run, where participants face 12 laps around a 400m track interspersed with 12 distinct exercise stations known as Labours. These labours range from high-intensity intervals to mixed-modality endurance challenges that push you beyond your comfort zone.
In addition to the main event, gym races like Deadly Strong focus solely on completing all 12 Labours without any running segments, offering a pure strength and agility test. For those who prefer alternative modes of exercise, variations such as Deadly ERG challenge participants with rowing, skiing, or biking intervals between each Labour.
Powered by Barefoot Sport Race registration and timing software, this event ensures seamless organization and accurate results for all competitors. Experience the adrenaline-pumping atmosphere and rigorous tests that make DEADLY DOZEN a unique fitness competition not to be missed.
Join us on November 8, 2026, for an unforgettable day of pushing your limits in one of these challenging events.
