About the Event

Welcome to the New Year's Run, an integral part of the Care and Security Circuit. This annual race offers three different distances tailored for various age groups: 5km for participants aged 12 years and older, 10km for those 14 years and above, and a challenging 15km route available to runners who are at least 16 years old.
Registration is open until January 2, 2027, at 1:00 PM. If you're insured with Care and Security, take advantage of the exclusive discount by using code ZZ2026/2027 during your registration process. On race day, participants will be required to show their insurance card or app for verification.
The event promises a scenic route through the heart of the city, offering runners breathtaking views as they start off on the new year's first run. With well-marked paths and clear signage throughout the course, this is an ideal event for both seasoned athletes and newcomers alike looking to kick-start their running routine in the New Year.
The race day atmosphere will be filled with enthusiasm and excitement from fellow participants, supporters cheering you on along the route, and a festive vibe that captures the spirit of renewal and challenge. Don't miss out on this opportunity to start your year off strong with the New Year's Run.
