Dala Mud Trail

In collaboration with the Swedish Armed Forces and Dalregementet, the much-loved trail race is returning to Lugnet terrain and shooting field areas. This extreme challenge offers runners an unforgettable experience on a course that's not only muddy but also filled with laughter and joy.
The DMT Classic welcomes participants of all ages over 15 years old, while younger racers aged 7-15 can take part in the Lilla Dala Mud Trail. Both races are set against the backdrop of Lugnet’s picturesque trails and shooting fields, where runners will encounter a mixture of mud pits, obstacles, and uneven terrain.
The course is designed to be both physically demanding and fun-filled, with each step through the muck offering opportunities for camaraderie and shared laughter among participants.
