About the Event

Join us for the 2027 edition of the Cupid's Cup 5K Race! This beloved annual event brings together runners and walkers from across Charlotte to support Cardiac Rehabilitation programs at Atrium Health CMC, Pineville, Union, and Cabarrus locations. The race not only fosters community spirit but also raises crucial funds for education, outreach initiatives, rehabilitation equipment, and patient scholarships.
The 5K Race kicks off promptly at 8:00 AM, followed by the 1 Mile Walk starting just five minutes later at 8:05 AM. Both events are designed to be inclusive and welcoming for all fitness levels, offering a scenic route through Charlotte's vibrant neighborhoods. Participants can expect an inspiring atmosphere filled with live music, cheer from spectators, and plenty of post-race festivities.
For those unable to participate on race day but still wish to contribute, donations can be sent by mail to Atrium Health Foundation at 7800 Providence Rd., Suite 208, Charlotte, NC 28226. Please include "Cupid’s Cup" along with your fundraiser or team name in the memo line of any checks.
