COURSE: Both races go out of the park and then out and back on the new paved walking path.
AWARDS: 10 MILE Awards will be presented to 1st, 2nd and 3rd Overall and 1st Masters (40+),
Grandmasters (50+) Seniors (60+) and Legends (70+) male and female. Age Group Awards will be 1st and 2nd in each of the following age groups men and women:
13 & under, 13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69,70+.
5 milers same award groups. It will be hard not to get an award
LAGNIAPPE: All registered runners will receive a 10-mile T-Shirt. You must be pre-registered by November 15, 2026, to be guaranteed your size.
PARTY: We will have beer. Food will be by Liz.

At the 2020 U.S. census, its population rebounded to 21,562. Chalmette is part of the New Orleans–Metairie–Kenner metropolitan statistical area. Chalmette is located east of downtown New Orleans and south of Arabi, towards Lake Borgne.
