CRISTÃO RUN

The Cristão Run, organized by the Associação dos Corredores de Pernambuco (APOCE), invites runners and walkers to Rua da Aurora in Recife on October 30, 2027. This vibrant community event features a scenic route along the bustling streets of Recife, offering both a 5km race for participants aged 15 and older with parental consent, as well as a more leisurely 2km walk.
Participants are encouraged to arrive at least an hour before the start time of 5:00 PM to ensure they have enough time to pick up their kits and acclimate to the atmosphere. The event kit includes a commemorative t-shirt, race bib, reusable bag, and a finisher's medal for all who complete either distance.
Registration fees vary by lot; early registrants can secure their spot in one of three pricing tiers before October 25th at $149.99 plus tax and a kilogram of non-perishable food donation. Runners aged 60 or older are eligible for discounts, excluding promotional periods. Trophies will be awarded to the top five finishers overall (male and female) in both categories, while medals await all who cross the finish line.
