Course du Muscle

Step into the heart of Yutz on November 8, 2026, where nature meets charity at the Trail du Muscle for the Téléthon. This unique event offers runners and walkers an opportunity to support medical research while enjoying a scenic route along the quayside.
Participants have three distance options: 15 km, 10 km, or 5 km, providing flexibility for all levels of fitness and commitment. Each course winds through Yutz's picturesque waterfront area, starting at the kayak club. The trail is designed to be accessible for everyone, including those with disabilities, ensuring inclusivity.
The event not only celebrates physical activity but also raises funds for a noble cause. Proceeds from the Trail du Muscle will go directly to AFM Téléthon, an organization founded in 1987 by Bernard Barataud and Pierre Birambeau. The charity aims to support patients suffering from rare diseases like Duchenne muscular dystrophy through medical research and innovative therapies.
In its inaugural year, 2023, the event raised €10,000 for AFM Téléthon, marking a significant step towards advancing care and recovery efforts. This year, with even more participants expected to join in support of this cause, organizers are hopeful that they will surpass previous achievements.
