CORRIDA E CAMINHADA PROTEA 2027

About the Event

Join the fight against breast cancer on October 24, 2027, at the Protea Institute's Run for Awareness and Prevention. This filantropic event aims to raise funds and awareness for crucial campaigns focused on preventing and combating breast cancer across Brazil. Participants will receive an official kit upon registration, which includes a bib number allowing entry into the race. The run is optional but your participation helps save lives.
The Protea Institute, founded in 2018, has been dedicated to transforming the reality of breast cancer care in Brazil by supporting patients from diagnosis through treatment and recovery. Over two thousand women have received full-cost treatments funded by the institute, impacting more than forty thousand individuals across São Paulo, Salvador, Goiás, and Rio de Janeiro.
The event takes place at the José Corrêa Gymnasium located on Av. Guilherme P. Guglielmo in Barueri/SP, where a vibrant atmosphere awaits with live music and activities for all ages. Registration is open until September 30, 2027, or when the cap of 5,000 participants is reached.
Choose from three distances: a family-friendly 3k walk, a scenic 5k run suitable for beginners aged 14 and up, and an invigorating 10k race for those over 18. The route winds through picturesque landscapes in Barueri, offering runners stunning views of the region.
For more information or to register, visit institutoprotea.org.br. Join us as we unite against breast cancer and support vital research and care initiatives.
