Corrida da Solidariedade 10 anos

The Corrida da Solidariedade began as a personal challenge among runners at the end of 2016 to run 10 kilometers and collect food for families in Pirenópolis, aiming to provide a more dignified Christmas. This initiative quickly transformed into one of the city's most cherished sporting and social events, bringing together athletes from Pirenópolis and neighboring towns each year around a shared cause.
The race not only promotes running as an accessible sport but also encourages physical activity among residents. It fosters community integration across various age groups and neighborhoods while bridging sports with tangible social actions. The event celebrates its tenth anniversary this year, offering participants the chance to be part of a legacy that values regional talent and contributes positively to society.
Runners can look forward to scenic routes through Pirenópolis’s historic streets, lined with colonial architecture and vibrant local culture. This special edition will feature unique challenges designed to engage both seasoned runners and newcomers alike, all while supporting meaningful community initiatives.
