Copperleaf Jackal Night Run/Walk - 18 November 2026

On November 18, 2026, Copperleaf Golf and Country Estate in Centurion invites runners of all ages for an evening race under the stars. The venue offers three distances: a challenging 10km run, a scenic 5km route, and a family-friendly 2km option suitable for young participants and leisurely strollers alike.
Race day registration begins at 5:00 PM with the start time set precisely at 6:00 PM. Participants will gather near Ernie Els Boulevard by the estate's restaurants to embark on their journey through the well-lit golf course, ensuring a safe run even after dark. A headlamp or torch is mandatory for all runners due to limited street lighting.
The event welcomes pets, provided they remain leashed throughout the race and do not interfere with other participants. For non-residents, parking instructions are clear: follow signs directing you to the main building's front area where an access code will be required upon entry. Online entrants receive their codes via email after 2 PM on Wednesday.
The route features water stations along all courses, ensuring runners stay hydrated during this evening adventure. The race is designed for a comfortable pace, with walkers also welcome as long as they complete the course by 8:00 PM. Upon finishing, participants will be awarded finisher medals and can choose to donate their medal's cost to the Make A Difference Campaign.
The Copperleaf Golf and Country Estate offers more than just a race; it’s an evening of celebration with its restaurant open for post-race refreshments and dining under the stars. This event promises not only physical challenge but also community spirit, scenic beauty, and memorable experiences in one of South Africa's premier venues.
