Run with Purpose Night Run/Walk - 21 October 2026

Join the Mending Broken Beauty fundraiser for a meaningful night run at Irene Country Club, located in Centurion. This South African nonprofit organization supports survivors of gender-based violence and human trafficking by offering mental health support, group healing sessions, and vocational training to help them rebuild their lives with purpose.
The event offers three distances: 10km, 5km, and a family-friendly 2km walk-run option. Participants can register online at R180 for the 10km, R150 for the 5km, or R120 for the 2km route. On-the-day entries incur an additional fee of R30.
The run takes place on Wednesday, October 21, 2026, with registration starting at 5:00 PM and the race beginning promptly at 6:00 PM. The course winds through the scenic golf club grounds, blending paved cart paths and lush green fairways for a unique running experience.
All runners are required to carry a headlamp or torch due to the evening start time. Dogs are welcome but must remain on leash throughout the event. Parking is available at the venue with proper identification.
The route offers stunning views of the golf course, providing an intimate connection between runner and nature as you traverse both manicured paths and grassy areas under the night sky. The race includes water stations along all routes to keep participants hydrated during their run or walk.
After crossing the finish line, enjoy a well-deserved meal at the club's restaurant while reflecting on your contribution towards healing and empowerment for survivors of gender-based violence and human trafficking in South Africa.
Join us for an evening that not only challenges you physically but also makes a significant difference in people’s lives. Every step taken is part of a larger journey toward hope, recovery, and resilience.
