Color Run Lavernose-Lacasse

On October 10, 2026, the vibrant town of Lavernose-Lacasse hosts a Color Run to raise funds for cancer awareness and support through Octobre Rose and Novembre Bleu initiatives. Participants will gather at 2:30 PM on this sunny Saturday with live music warming up the atmosphere from 3:00 PM ahead of the race start.
The event kicks off officially at 3:30 PM, featuring several categories to suit all levels of fitness and enjoyment:
- A 5km walk starting promptly at 3:00 PM
- The main 5km run beginning right after at 3:30 PM
- A shorter but equally fun 3km walk set for 3:35 PM
- And a spirited 3km race taking off at 4:10 PM
While the primary focus is on the races, there's plenty more to enjoy. After the final run starts, music takes center stage with a live concert featuring local bands from Lavernose-Lacasse’s musical collective starting around 5:15 PM.
Registration for all categories can be completed online regardless of your chosen distance. Children under five years old are welcome to join at no cost but won't receive the participant kit; however, they'll still have a blast participating with their parents and siblings in this joyful event.
Accessibility is key here – both wheelchair users and those pushing strollers will find the course easy to navigate.
For children aged 5-17, tickets are priced at €4 each, while adults over 18 can purchase theirs for €8. Each participant receives a unique kit that includes:
- A packet of pink or blue colored powder (randomly assigned)
- Multicolored protective goggles
- An event bib and safety pins to attach it
Participants have two options to collect their kits:
On Wednesday, October 7th between 2:00 PM and 7:00 PM at Decathlon in Portet sur Garonne where they can also benefit from a special discount on running gear.
Or directly at the event registration desk starting Saturday morning.
