Colon Cancer Awareness 5K & 3K

On April 3, 2027, join the Ozarks Community Health Center (OCHC) for their annual Pomme de Terre Run/Walk, a community-driven event that combines fitness with a vital cause. This year's race features both a 5K and a 3K route through picturesque trails around Pomme de Terre Lake, offering scenic views of the lush Ozarks landscape.
Participants will not only enjoy the beauty of nature but also contribute to raising awareness about colon cancer, an important health issue affecting many families. The event is designed to encourage community members to prioritize their well-being and engage in active lifestyles that promote overall health and wellness.
OCHC provides a range of healthcare services including medical, dental, and behavioral health care, ensuring comprehensive support for individuals seeking better health outcomes. Whether you're an avid runner or prefer walking at your own pace, this event welcomes everyone who wants to make a difference by participating in the cause.
Race day registration and packet pickup will be available from 8:30 AM to 9:45 AM, allowing ample time before the start of the race for participants to get ready. Join us as we come together to support each other and stand united against colon cancer.
Entry fees are $25 for the 5K and $20 for the 3K.
