Coffee Lovers Run 5K/10K/13.1 TAMPA

Immerse yourself in the caffeine-fueled atmosphere of the Coffee Lovers Run on November 28, 2026. This fun and community-driven race invites runners to lace up their shoes for an energizing morning run that celebrates coffee culture and camaraderie.
The event features three waves at different start times—7:30 AM, 8:00 AM, and 8:30 AM—to accommodate various schedules. Each wave offers a relaxed pace with the flexibility of running or walking alongside fellow enthusiasts. Participants can choose to track their own time using apps like Strava or RunKeeper if they wish, but timing is optional as no chips are provided.
The scenic route takes runners through quiet neighborhoods and lively coffee shops, where the aroma of fresh brews fills the air. The run culminates in a finish line celebration complete with giveaways such as a running t-shirt (shipped to your address), a finisher's towel or item, and an exclusive medal.
In addition to swag bags, participants receive access to digital training packs tailored for their fitness goals. These resources help runners prepare effectively leading up to the event. Race organizers will send out detailed course maps and final race day information via email one week before the run.
For those unable to attend in person or who sign up last minute, a virtual option is available. Virtual participants can complete their runs at any time and place of their choosing and submit results for their medal once completed. The same digital training pack is provided to ensure all runners have the tools they need to succeed.
The Coffee Lovers Run also offers opportunities beyond just running. Participants are invited to join local run clubs, which provide ongoing support throughout your fitness journey. Additionally, those interested in volunteering can sign up through Team Glo Volunteers to help make future events possible while making a positive impact on their community.
Whether you're a seasoned runner or someone looking for an enjoyable way to stay active and socialize with like-minded individuals, the Coffee Lovers Run promises to be an invigorating experience. Don't miss out—register early as waves fill up quickly!
