Clevedon SwimRun

Clevedon SwimRun offers participants a unique blend of running and swimming over a challenging yet accessible distance of approximately 6 kilometers on land, interspersed with five short swims totaling about 1 kilometer. This event is designed to cater to both beginners and seasoned athletes alike, combining the intensity of a tough park run with the refreshing challenge of open water swimming in Clevedon's marine lake.
The course features alternating segments that test runners' endurance on varied terrain followed by invigorating dips in the serene waters of the marine lake. Participants can expect an engaging mix of scenic coastal paths and exhilarating swims, all within a manageable distance that requires minimal specialized gear—simply wear your running shorts, t-shirt, and trainers for a comfortable experience.
For those looking to ease into SwimRun or prefer a shorter challenge, Clevedon offers a half-distance option. Alternatively, the full course presents an ambitious journey suitable for both solo competitors and team efforts. The event is inclusive of all abilities, with special arrangements available upon request for participants requiring additional support due to disabilities.
Medal sales will conclude one week before the race date, ensuring that all interested runners have ample time to secure their commemorative awards in advance. Join Clevedon SwimRun on July 17, 2027, and immerse yourself in a day of dynamic movement and scenic beauty along the coast.
