Selling Out/Weather

Due to our contract with Copper Breaks State Park, we are limited to a specific number of participants. Because of this, registration is capped, and once we’re sold out, no additional entries will be allowed. There will be no waitlist and no exceptions—what’s available now is all that will be available. Per new Texas Parks and Wildlife Department regulation, if it rains on the day of the event, the race will be canceled by the park and it will moved to our backup course in Wichita Falls. This call is made by the TPWD Natural Resource Specialist. However, if it rains in the days leading up to the event, we’re still good to go. Thank you for understanding and supporting responsible use of our beautiful state parks! See our policies below.
