Chongyi 100 Ultra Trail

Immerse yourself in the breathtaking mountains of southern Jiangxi at the Chongyi 100 Ultra Trail on November 21, 2026. This challenging trail race offers four distances to suit all levels: a grueling 100 km ultra, a scenic 50 km route, a manageable 30 km trek, and an accessible 10 km experience run, with ITRA points awarded for the longer courses.
Starting and finishing in Chongyi town, runners will traverse some of China's most verdant mountain ranges. The course winds through misty ridges, deep gorges, and past the Shangbao Terraces, a World Heritage Irrigation Structure shaped by Hakka settlers over centuries. Each step reveals stunning vistas framed by lush greenery.
Beyond just running, Chongyi offers rich cultural experiences tied to philosopher Wang Yangming's legacy and historical significance as part of the Long March route. The race embodies this heritage with its rugged terrain and natural beauty.
After crossing the finish line, refuel with authentic Hakka mountain cuisine featuring local specialties like rice cakes, bamboo shoots, and smoked meats at nearby eateries. Registration is now open, including early-bird discounts for those who sign up soon.
Join us in Chongyi to challenge yourself on its trails and savor the unique blend of adventure and cultural immersion.
