For those driving, limited street parking near the start area is available; however, alternative parking solutions are recommended due to space constraints. Loughton Underground Station offers a 16-minute walk to the event site and provides a reliable option for visitors traveling by train. Sainsbury’s car park serves as an ideal base with its proximity to the starting point, offering £1.10 per hour rates or all-day parking at Loughton Central line station (£8). Additional small car parks are situated closer still, just 3 minutes away from the start location on High Beech Road. For those arriving by road, clear directions guide drivers through key routes to reach Sainsbury’s car park. From both M25/J26 and North Circular A406/junction with A104, detailed instructions ensure a straightforward journey to Loughton via major roads leading directly to the event hub. The race features multiple courses catering to various skill levels: White, Yellow, Orange, Light Green, Short Green, Green, and Blue. Start times range from 10:30 am to 11:50 am with all courses closing at 1:00 pm. A detailed map on a scale of 1:10,000 is provided for orientation. Toilets are available at Sainsbury’s car park starting at 10:00 am, offering runners essential amenities before and after the race. Entry must be pre-arranged through SiEntries by Friday, September 8th, with no entry on the day accepted. Fees vary based on age group and membership status, ranging from £9 for seniors (BOF/SEOA members) to £11 for non-members, while juniors pay a flat rate of £4. Participants can also rent SI Dibber devices at £1 or SIACs at £2.50 during the event. Results will be posted online after completion.
