Welcome to Luxborough Lakes, where beginners and seasoned swimmers alike gather for the Be Endurance Open Water Swim Induction. This session is specifically designed for newcomers who wish to experience the serene waters of Luxborough Lakes but have not previously participated with us at any of our lakes.
The induction takes place from 08:00 AM to 08:30 AM, providing participants a thorough introduction and safety briefing that lasts approximately half an hour. To ensure you are ready for your first swim, please arrive by 07:50 AM to complete the registration process smoothly. The registration team will guide you on where to wait for your instructor.
Swimmers can choose whether or not to wear wetsuits based on their preference and comfort level. If you don’t have a tow float but plan to swim without a wetsuit, one will be provided upon request. This session is an essential step in ensuring all swimmers are familiar with the lake’s environment and safety protocols before they can venture out independently.
