CASA Baltimore Steps of Caring Virtual 5K

Join us in striving toward hope, one caring step at a time.

From December 1 to December 6, lace up your sneakers and take a step toward change with CASA of Baltimore! Our Steps of Caring Virtual 5K brings supporters near and far together to champion the rights and futures of Baltimore's most vulnerable children. 

Walk, run, or hike at your own pace, solo or with friends. Every mile you cover helps provide abused and neglected children with court appointed special advocates who speak for their best interests and pave the way toward safe, permanent homes.

Registration

Registration is $25 for adults and free for youth. After you register, don't forget to share our race page and encourage others to join in on the fun!

The Fun Stuff

We're awarding prizes to the individual with the fastest 5K completion time, the individual who is first to complete their 5K, and the individual who completes the most miles. Youth will be eligible for their own special prizes as well! We'll announce prize winners the week following our Virtual 5K and contact you via email.

Create CASA awareness as you step by purchasing Steps of Caring merchandise! We'll have sweatshirts for the family as well as youth long-sleeve shirts.

Donations & Fundraising

Not into 5Ks? No worries! We happily accept donations, all of which will go directly to supporting youth in Baltimore City's foster care system. Thanks to a generous donor, every donation will be matched dollar-for-dollar up to $3,000. If you're feeling extra generous this holiday season, you can even set up your own fundraising page to get your network involved.
