Cannonball Run

The Cannonball Run presented by The Foot Store returns to Ehrhardt, South Carolina on April 9th through the 11th of 2027, offering a unique trail racing experience at Broxton Bridge Plantation for all levels. This event is organized under management of Palmetto Ultras and features an inclusive format that caters to both seasoned ultrarunners looking for a challenge and newcomers eager to explore the trails without pressure.
Participants will find themselves winding through wooded paths, with the course meandering around scenic spots within Broxton Bridge Plantation. The terrain offers firm yet slightly soft trail conditions, making it ideal for runners of all abilities. On race mornings, expect temperatures in April to be mild but variable; early starts may feel cool while later parts of the day can warm up considerably.
The Cannonball Run has been a staple event since its inception and continues to grow each year with increasing participation from across South Carolina and beyond.
