CANNOCK CHASE WILD TRAIL 5KM & 10KM

Immerse yourself in the breathtaking beauty of Cannock Chase Forest, located just north of Birmingham, as we welcome runners to our 5KM and 10KM Trail Runs. This enchanting woodland setting offers an unforgettable experience for both newcomers to trail running and seasoned athletes alike.
Nestled within the designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Cannock Chase Forest boasts a stunning array of landscapes including dense forest trails, expansive heathland, and picturesque gravel paths that are ideal for runners seeking diverse terrain. The event routes wind through this magnificent setting, offering participants panoramic views and an intimate connection with nature.
The 10KM race kicks off at 9:30 AM, followed by the 5KM run starting promptly at 9:40 AM. Both courses feature clear signage to guide runners along their journey, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all competitors. Live chip-timing provided by Timing Up North guarantees accurate results, adding an extra layer of excitement.
Upon crossing the finish line, participants will be greeted with more than just cheers – they'll receive an event medal as well as exclusive merchandise from Wild Deer. Refreshments including drinks and snacks are available to help runners recover and celebrate their achievement.
