Event Logistics & Participant Information:

Start Location: Yarraman Heritage Centre, Yarraman QLD. Finish location for all events: Ipswich Grammar School Playing Fields (IGS), Brassall.
200 Mile Qualifying Criteria: Requires completion of any 100-mile event within 12 months, a combination of 100-mile + 100 km within 18 months, two 100 km events within 18 months, or a 24-hour track event over 160 km within 18 months. Exceptions: UTA 100km sub 20 hours or Blackall 100k sub 18 hours.
Qualifying Verification: All qualifying races must be completed within cut-offs with results available online. If qualifying events are incomplete at registration and subsequently not met, position is offered to waitlist with registration refunded less admin fee.
Special Assistance: Participants with disabilities or impediments requiring special consideration can contact [email protected] for assistance.
Support for All Participants: Full participants receive hydration, nutrition, and electrolyte access throughout the course. Medical care and services accessible for the event duration.
Pacers: Pacers receive same support as participants and are covered under AAA Racing's public liability insurance. Pacing options available from various points (Toogoolawah outward, Moore onward, Esk onward).
Finisher Rewards: Full participants receive a quality event garment, tankard, and finishers medal (upon finishing).
Registration Deadline: Early bird closes December 31, 2024. Late entries close June 12, 2026. Read refund policy carefully upon registration.
Waiver & Policy: Entry waiver must be read upon registration, including the refund policy.
