Burnham On Crouch 10K

Join us for an unforgettable running experience along the picturesque coastlines and rolling hills of Essex this autumn. On Sunday, October 11th, 2026, the Rotary Club of Burnham-on-Crouch and Dengie Hundred presents a unique twist on traditional road races with their annual 10K event.
The course weaves through scenic coastal paths along the sea wall of the Dengie peninsula, offering breathtaking views of the Essex coastline. Runners will also encounter adventurous trails that wind across open countryside, providing an immersive journey through diverse landscapes and terrain. The flat, single-lap route is designed to cater to all levels of runners from beginners to seasoned veterans.
The race begins and concludes at the modern Dengie Hundred Sports Centre in Millfields Burnham-on-Crouch, where participants can enjoy convenient amenities such as free parking, changing facilities, and restrooms. Spectators are encouraged to join the festivities with ample space for friends and family to cheer on runners or relax in the surrounding park area.
Post-race refreshments will be available at various vendors set up near the finish line, allowing everyone to celebrate their achievements while enjoying a variety of food and beverages.
Registration opens early on race day starting from 8:00am at the Dengie Hundred Sports Centre, ensuring plenty of time for participants to prepare before the event's start at 10:00am.
