The final leg is a spirited 2km run around Middle Head Oval, providing runners with stunning views of the coastline and an energizing finish line.
Entry options range from individual participation for $25 to team relay entries at $50. Each entry includes valuable perks such as a free eight-week training program developed by Energy Link Performance Coaching and two coached sessions led by experienced coaches. All participants will receive a finisher medal, a yellow swim cap in honor of Rachel "Ray Ray" Monahan’s favorite color, whose legacy inspires positivity and strength among the community.
