The Bournemouth Sea Training Camp is designed for swimmers of all levels, from beginners to seasoned Channel soloists. Hosted by expert swim coaches, this camp offers a progressive approach to building endurance and confidence in open water.
The training sessions kick off with shorter distances, gradually increasing as participants gain strength and comfort in the sea environment. Whether your goal is to complete a 3km loop or prepare for an English Channel qualifying swim lasting up to six hours, the camp provides tailored support to help you achieve your personal objectives.
Over four years of operation, this event has welcomed swimmers with varying abilities who have all left feeling physically and mentally prepared to tackle their chosen challenges. The supportive atmosphere fosters a sense of camaraderie among participants as they share in the experience of pushing their limits under expert guidance.
