Bognor Prom 10km Road Race

The Bognor Prom 10k, established in 1994, offers runners an opportunity to challenge themselves on a fast and flat course along the scenic coastline of Bognor Regis. Starting at West Park in Aldwick, participants will follow the esplanade through Felpham before returning along the seafront back to their starting point. The race is known for its consistent timing due to minimal elevation changes—less than two meters throughout—and a certified accurate course measurement by UK Athletics.
Race day features extensive free parking at West Park and road closures where necessary, ensuring runners can focus on achieving personal bests without traffic interference. Marshals line the route, providing support until 90 minutes into the race when stragglers are directed onto footpaths to complete their journey safely.
Competitors should note that headphones are not permitted unless they use bone-conducting technology, adhering strictly to UK Athletics rules. Entries must be made in advance as there will be no on-the-day sign-ups; early registration guarantees a spot.
With stunning views of the sea and an atmosphere buzzing with energy from spectators lining the route, the Bognor Prom 10k promises an unforgettable experience for runners looking to push their limits along one of England's most picturesque coastlines.
