Birmingham Downtown Team Challenge

On Halloween night, the Haunted Half Marathon takes runners through eerie trails and spooky streets of Transylvania Village. Participants start under the glow of jack-o'-lanterns at dusk, as bats flutter overhead and fog rolls across the landscape. The route winds past ancient cemeteries with gravestones dating back centuries, their inscriptions barely visible in the dim light.
As runners progress deeper into the night, they encounter haunted houses filled with chilling special effects along the course. Costumed characters lurk around every corner to surprise and entertain competitors as well as spectators lining the route. The final stretch of the race leads runners through a misty forest where glowing eyes appear in the darkness before vanishing again.
The Haunted Half Marathon offers an unforgettable blend of frights, fun, and fitness for all who dare to participate on this spookiest night of the year.
